My conversion failed — what can I do?
Make sure the file is a valid .3dm file and under your plan's size limit. If it still fails, the file may be corrupted — try opening and re-saving it in Rhino, then converting again. Still stuck? Contact us below.
Do you store my files?
No. Conversions run entirely in your browser; files are never uploaded to our servers.
Can I convert multiple files at once?
Batch conversion is on our roadmap for Business and Enterprise plans. Contact us to join the waitlist.
Do you support file formats other than .3dm?
Currently RhinoFileConverter is focused on Rhino .3dm version conversion only.
