1. Service
RhinoFileConverter provides an online tool to convert Rhino .3dm files between versions. The conversion runs in your browser using the official OpenNURBS libraries. We are not affiliated with Robert McNeel & Associates; "Rhino" and "Rhinoceros" are trademarks of TLM, Inc.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan allows conversion of files up to 25 MB with a first-conversion-free bonus. Paid plans (see the pricing page) raise limits and include additional conversions. Payments are handled by Stripe and are in USD unless otherwise noted. Sales taxes and VAT are added when required.
3. Refund policy
If you purchase a plan and it does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of the transaction and we will issue a full refund, provided you have not exceeded the conversion quota of the plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass plan limits or share paid accounts
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service
- Upload files you do not have the right to convert
5. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". While we use the official OpenNURBS write pipeline, we cannot guarantee every feature of every file will survive a downgrade — always keep an original copy. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by writing to support. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.
